General Website Privacy Statement
This website is intended to provide general information about Keystone Counseling, PLLC, counseling services, fees, telehealth availability, and ways to contact the practice. The website is informational and is not a substitute for professional mental health care.
Contact Form Use
The contact form is for general inquiries only. Please do not submit sensitive health details, diagnosis information, trauma history, medication information, insurance member numbers, Social Security numbers, or emergency information through the form.

The client portal is the preferred secure route for established client communication, scheduling-related tasks, forms, documents, billing, and payments when those features are enabled by the practice. This website links externally to the SimplePractice portal and does not host portal features.
No Sale of Personal Information
Keystone Counseling does not sell personal information submitted through this website.

No analytics or tracking tools are installed by default in this static website build. If Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or another analytics tool is added later, the practice should review and update this privacy page to describe what is collected and how it is used.
Basic cookies may be used by third-party services if external tools are added later, such as analytics, embedded scheduling, or portal links. No nonessential cookie-based tracking has been added in this build.
Emergency Notice
This website and contact form are not monitored for emergencies. If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, call 911. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
