He works with teens, young adults, adults, couples, and families experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, burnout, identity struggles, and relationship difficulties.

Andrew's approach to therapy is grounded in compassion, authenticity, and evidence-based care. He believes therapy should be a safe and collaborative space where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered to grow.

His work integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, trauma-informed care, mindfulness practices, existential exploration, and strengths-based approaches to help clients better understand themselves and create sustainable change.
